Throughout the planning Jo was a wonderful support and hugely accommodating – she offered great suggestions and ideas, catered to everyone’s specific needs, and there was no problem that she couldn’t handle. At a time that could be stressful it was a great reassurance to have our catering needs in her capable hands.
Despite a venue with very limited facilities, Jo and her team handled the whole catering operations without a hitch, even allowing us additional flexibility of their equipment to deliver our day as we wanted.
We knew from some of her prior clientele that the quality of the food would be without reproach - the reception meal was truly outstanding and left our family and close friends glowing with praise. The party BBQ and buffet was equally wonderful, although those of us who had the lunch struggled to find the space to enjoy everything!
Jo’s team were outstanding throughout the day; their service was truly exceptional and went ‘above and beyond’ to ensure we could relax and enjoy.
Beyond the food the most common compliment was that no-one was left with an empty glass or wanting more to eat.
